Current and Past Collaborative Projects
As part of my professional practice, I engage in collaborations whether it’s art or something completely external. The collaborations I’m often engaged with are mainly aligned with social activism and rising public awareness such as the Humanium Metal Initiative on the issue of illegal gun violence. 2018 - Present. Commissioned by IM Swedish Development Partner to work collaboratively to develop a new colour from Humanium Metal, a fair trade alloy created from seized and destroyed illegal firearms.
2020 - Present. Brand artist ambassador working in collaboration with A Good Company in creating art work with the limited edition Humanium Metal Pen; a pen made from illegal firearms.
2018 - 2019. Brand artist ambassador working in collaboration with Triwa in promoting the Humanium Metal Watch; a time piece made from illegal firearms.
Gunpowder art work in collaboration with Seil Lien's 'I am Fire' EP 2018
2018 - 2019. Commissioned by Scot Rail to work in collaboration with their occupational health department in creating a public mental health campaign for their employees.
Collaborative project with poet Colin McGuire and Red Squirrel Press on the book 'As I Sit Quietly I begin to Smell Burning' 2014
Gunpowder art work in collaboration with Meraki Records Ciaran Donnelly's album Masks, 2017
A collaboration project with Double Take Projection in April 2015. A selection of the Machiavelli painting series were projected in Edinburgh at various landmarks on the leadup to the General Election.
